A new year.

Well it has been awhile again. I have just finished my third book of 4 this week and I am very excited. I have 9 more test in my next book and a 300 question test for my journeyman final then I just have to put in 2 more years of work to be a journeyman. This is very exciting for me because that means more money and as everyone knows more money is always good. In the past 5 weeks I have been working with the Underground crew putting in new services and I went with the hotline crew this week and hung transformer banks and worked on trucks that keep breaking down. Work is good other than I found out today that I will be doing hotsticking 2 at hotline school and I hate hotsticking. We do not even hot stick anything at the company that I work with. I have absolutely no patience working with sticks off a pole. The New Year has started out well though. There is a lot to still learn with the job and when I was on the construction crew I have had only experience working on building new line and not on trouble shooting and many other aspects of the job. I hope that all the guys I went to school with are doing well I have a hard time keeping in touch with them. I also hope that everyone else has a good year as well..
